CPR AND FIRST AID TRAINING
Mission Statement:
To provide our community with the steps necessary to giving someone “A Second Chance” at life by reducing their disability, and/or death from Cardiovascular Disease and Stroke with early medical care.
Vision:

To heighten awareness of Cardiovascular Disease and Stroke.

To educate members of the community in CPR and First Aid through monthly courses offered at “A Second Chance”, businesses, and/or homes.

To encourage networking within the Middlesex community and other surrounding areas via our website, flyers and other forms of communication.

To communicate with our instructors through monthly emails or correspondence letters to keep them aware of changes in procedures in CPR and First Aid response.
Course Registration Information:

Non Refundable payment must accompany online course registration.

No Refunds on courses unless our office cancels the class

If you are unable to attend a course:

24 hr notice needed

Reschedule course date

If no call is received and you do not attend rescheduled course, course fee will be lost.

A Second Chance reserves the right to cancel a course due to lack of enrollment and inclement weather.
General Information:

Fee includes text book, literature, supplies, maintenance, certifications and instruction unless otherwise noted.

Practical Testing requires strenuous activity:
